Looking for an equity Partner

I have a solid deal under contract that I am looking for a silent equity partner. Its a small rehab (5K), should be back on market with in 2 weeks post closing. Solid Comps, and I have everything else lined up! 60K buy in- do you know anyone that might be interested?
