Looking for Properties in Northeast Ohio

I have had a pretty nice run using the MLS the last 2 1/2 years but at this point I am having a hard time reach my goal of having 5 flip properties at a time going.

I am looking for any SFH or Condo in Northeast Ohio. The only city I do not want is Cleveland. Anything outside of Cleveland whether it be East or West is good. The amount of work can be to any degree and price point is flexible. I am an all cash buyer. I can close quickly and I own the construction company that does the work so I can get an offer to you fast.

I have done a poor job over the past few years befriending wholesalers or trying to market for properties. My hope is that someone on this site can help me either meet qualified, real wholesalers or bring me a deal. 

If you do not have any deals but would like to connect and see if you can bring me deals I am open to that too.
