Want Duplex to House Hack in KC
I'm currently in search of a duplex (or tri- or 4-) to house hack in Kansas City. I am a single female and my biggest concern is finding a property in my price range, where I also feel safe living by myself. The biggest hindrance is that my max is right about $100k. This would include rehab expenses, if any. This will be my first investment property. Anyone know of a multi-unit deal for a newbie?
