Seattle Area Wholesalers needed!

hello, hope everyone is having a good start to the new year. I'm really looking to start off the new year with my next project. finished my first one in December. I'm looking to connect with wholesalers in the Seattle and surrounding areas (mainly south of Seattle) for my next rehab home. i have lending in place, and contractors. just need a property. Also are there any meet ups in the area coming up where investors pitch properties.
