Investor from Boston looking for an investor friendly agent to partner with in the Broward County area.  Ideally looking for a primary home in a highly rated school district that is a fixer upper house in the 450-500K range to flip to rent or sell, believe this would be Weston area but not sure. 

Additionally looking for investment property with similar strategy in the Fort Lauderdale area in the $150-175K range. Proof of funds available.
