need financing in Central Iowa

I am currently involved in several property flips in Central Iowa. Up to this point I have financed all of these projects on my own. Looking at a new opportunity to purchase an 1860 SQ ft, 2 story SFH on 1 acre in Boone, County. Under contract for 50,000.00 , full rehab needed, $120,000.00.
