Hi Patrick,

I see your post is over a year old.  wondering if you having any success in the McHenery County area.  I am currently doing some wholesaling in the NW suburbs and am always looking for good rehabbers.  I've done enough fix and flips, and general construction to have a pretty realistic idea of costs, so will try and bring only real deals..

I am currently involved in several property flips in Central Iowa. Up to this point I have financed all of these projects on my own. Looking at a new opportunity to purchase an 1860 SQ ft, 2 story SFH on 1 acre in Boone, County. Under contract for 50,000.00 , full rehab needed, $120,000.00.

I am currently involved in Flipping several properties in the Central Iowa area.  Up to this point I have financed all my flips myself.  Now in need of private money lending on an acreage property in Boone County.  Any suggestions around finding private funding in Iowa would be most appreciated.
