Looking for cash partner to buy & hold/sell rental property.
A bit about me. I have 6 units that I have bought & rehabbed. I can do all the work from electrical, plumbing, Windows, doors, siding, drywall, paint to finish. I manage my own units. I do all my own maintenance. I have great insurance & parts connections.
The last property for an example: purchase 8k, rehabbed for 17k. Each unit rents 600 each. (Duplex) taxes & insurance 700/year. Valued after rehab about 55k. I buy in the urban core at this time but willing to get property anywhere in the Kc area market.
I'm offering my labor, material that I have on hand (2car garage full), management & all maintenance labor as long as we own it. Just looking for someone willing to write checks & cash them. Don't hesitate to contact me to discuss further. Email & phone in signature & on profile.
