Hey @Glen Erickson - be careful about announcing how much money you have to work with - and vet anyone who you talk with well. There are a lot of scammers out there. (Not that @Tom G. is ;) Just a word of caution! ) The best partnerships and private money situations are ones built from relationships, so start attending our local meetups (there are BP meetups in Seattle, Lakewood, and Olympia monthly) and build relationships with! Hope that helps some :)
