I am looking for a vacant duplex in Oakland, with a price below $800k.  Target price would be $500k-$700k.

I am looking for properties in neighborhoods of 1) Temescal 2) Longfellow 3) West Oakland and 4) Emeryville area/North Oakland.

I am looking for a property that will need some work all the way to turnkey properties.
