Hey BP peeps! I'm looking for someone to JV with. I live in the SF Bay Area, but I'm open to any market as long as the numbers make sense, and we have a good rapport:) I have the funds (up to $150k) for gap funding, and have JV'd over 10 times with different investors. It's usually a 50/50 or 60/40 split, depending on the situation. Just wanted to put it out there, in case anyone is short on funds or may need some help with the flipping process. I've flipped on my own as well, but prefer to JV. Good luck out there! Cynthia
