Memphis job market 2017

I just saw this article/research study from job posting site indeed, which lists Memphis as the 10th best city in the U.S. to find a job (here's the link).

I believe this job data is one of the reasons why our investor market is still going strong since a lot these workers need rental houses to live in.

It's definitely one of the reasons I'm still actively investing in Memphis!
