Great apartment complex in Dauphin County, PA. Fully rented, the current owner is a "burned out landlord".

Asking price is below $400k.

The property is 14% cap rate.

Currently looking for an all-cash financial backer in order to purchase the property. Offering good returns (negotiable, of course).
