Looking to add $1MM to portfolio
I own Heels Homes, LTD out of Toledo, Ohio. I currently own about $1.2 million in rentals and I'm looking to add another $1 million by end of the year. I prefer duplexes or 4 units but am open to SFR as well. I'd love to review a package of properties if available.
