***Responsibilities Include***
- Receiving inbound sales calls, making outbound calls
- Screening seller leads daily
- Conducting property walk-throughs
- Home purchase negotiations & closing property purchase deals
- Managing workflow processes for all property leads
- Managing multiple marketing campaigns
- Lead a team of property scouts/birddogs, virtual assistants, and freelance staff
- Providing a positive experience and excellent service to the property owners looking to sell

- Strong sales background

- Self-motivated, Self-starter and success driven
- Phenomenal work ethic
