Property Managers Accountability System
Please check out this webform I have designed to get periodic updates on your rental properties, managed by someone other than you. They would need to fill out the form, along with photos and videos, giving you an on going report of how your property is being kept up. Used on a smartphone, this webform allows the PM to take pictures and attach them directly before submitting. Email notifications go out to the the owners or agents when the PM submits the form.
