WANTED - Acquisition Agent / House Buyer
Texas Ideal Properties is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven salesperson who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
This person will be tasked to CLOSE DEALS! By closing deals they will be providing lifeblood to the company. Experience is not required. A strong desire to develop and succeed is! Personal responsibility and a passion to make it happen each day are critical for this role. Initial and training is provided.
Compensation
The position offers a base salary plus commission and performance bonuses. A good salesperson will earn $80,000+ their first year. A great salesperson will earn well over $120,000.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound lead calls
- Prospecting leads for motivation
- Meeting with sellers at their property to develop rapport, inspect the property, and provide a win-win solution for us to buy their property.
- Use our CRM to track and follow up with leads
- Collaborate with our operations and sales team
- Weekly reporting to the Executive Team

Requirements
- Must have sales experience. Outside sales preferred.
- Must be teachable
- Must have a competitive mindset that does not take "No" for an answer
- Must have a passion to become the best
- Must have a positive & energetic attitude
- Must have a strong desire for personal & professional growth
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Holding a real estate agent / broker license is a Plus, but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a Plus, but not required
