Looking for Mentor/Partner

Hello BP community! I'm looking to see if anyone out there would like to be a mentor to me as well as partners.

I know rather than just ask it is always good to be able to offer something. I am great with project management and perhaps more importantly I have access to money in short term loans through various lenders.

Would there happen to be anyone out here that is experienced in buying foreclosures or houses that need flipping but just doesn't have access to money? I'm thinking there is a potential for a great business partnership where both parties can make money.
