Looking for Funding on a Flip

Hi BP,

I have an opportunity on a property here in Lansing, MI. It's a skeleton house and would have an all in budget of about $65,000 and an ARV of $105,000 - $115,000. However, I have hit a funding snag as I am also in the process of renovating a duplex that we just purchased so my cash reserves are low. Does anyone out there have any advice on how to get this deal done or any recommendations on hard money lenders that may fund the situation? If you want anymore details PM me on BP.
