Finding Deals in Kingston NY

I'm an investor in the Kingston NY area, and take pride in finding & helping motivated sellers with solutions for properties they must part with. I encounter many different types of deals (distressed properties, minor rehabs, major rehabs, SFR, Multifamily, etc.), many of which do not fall under my specific acquisition criteria or purposes for my business, or sometimes I'm just spread too thin to take them on. I'm hoping to find other local investors who may be interested in these great deals, either as a buyer or JV partner.
