Seeking Private Lenders

hello BPers,

I am seeking Private Lenders that are willing to connect with me. 

I have no deals at the moment and I am not seeking money, I would like to build up my list from zero. 

I am looking for straight up private lenders that lend their own money no banks, unions, credit card, etc......

If you are a private lender and willing to lend in the state of Michigan I would like to chat with you and add you to my list. I buy properties and sell as well, I come across a lot of buyers that have some of the money 50,70,70,80% but not all of it and their question to me always is do you have a money guy? 

I have a few but would like to add on my list as every deal is different and so is every private lender is as well.

I sell residential , multi unit, apartments and commercial strip malls. 

So once again if you are a private lender that lends your own money hit me up I would like to know your terms and what you like to put your money in to.
