Placerville CA financing opportunity
Thank you in advance for looking at my post,
My name is Jack Volk, I am trying to get into real estate investing. I have a deal on the table for a 4 bedroom 1 bath, for 180K. I currently have access to 100K but need the last 80K. I am willing to offer a 10% return on investment possibly more depending on terms of contract. The rehab and therefore length of the loan will be approximately 4-8 months. The house is in very bad shape. My father will be helping with the project, he has had a contractors license for 40 years and I have learned how to rehab and repair homes from him.
