JV Panama City Florida
I am looking to temporarily relocate to Panama City Florida. I am seeking a financial partner. My goal is to create a portfolio of SF and multifamily properties in Panama City and the Panhandle of Florida. Panama City in particular is still recovering from the Hurricane. Many homes have been abandoned or are available to the right buyer. Many foreclosures are available too. I intend to use the BRRR method to buy, repair, rent, and refinance the right properties. I have the experience; I will hire the best contractors and oversee repairs to stay in budget and complete on time. I personally will screen tenants and provide management of the properties.
