Many people think that one of the first things they need to do to start investing in real estate is create an LLC. Is that always the case? Maybe, maybe not. There is a lot more to it than simply saying yes you need an LLC. Sometimes getting an LLC works against you. On top of that there are more questions and things to consider such as what state to create the LLC. Is it the state you live in or the state you are investing in?
