Any VA agents with CVR MLS access? Im an agent in MD/VA/MD but Im on Bright MLS. Would love if you could do me a solid and pull an 18 month history of rentals in a specific neighborhood.

I can do that for you.  Just fyi, the rental database on cvrmls is not that extensive or most reliable.  Many use craigslist around here, and/or do not update the mls after the property has been leased out for over 365/730 days.  So mls has the old rent not reflecting the current rent. 

 Seconding this, mls is pretty useless for residential rentals. Craigslist comps and rentometer is my go to
