I am looking for an individual that knows his/her strengths & weaknesses as my new partner. I am NOT looking for a sales associate, because we are not attempting to sell anything. We are looking to listen & solve problems of regular everyday hardworking Americans.

I am very serious about this venture and I would expect the same from you. To prove this to ourselves, I expect us to meet in person at some point in time during the forging of this partnership, or at least after an initial deal. I have had partners in the past that have not pulled through, so I am looking for someone that believes in creating value longterm.

I NEED SOMEONE THAT:
- Has experience with and enjoy listening/talking/(maybe) negotiating/FOLLOW-UP with motivated real estate leads (on the phone)
- Has 3-4 hours a week to make personal phone calls and on-going follow ups
- Can commit to calling back motivated leads within 24 hours NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- Understands the difference between being and employee vs. partner
- Is motivated by incentives and percentage commissions
- Is a good listener & has positive attitude
- Believes in my vision of recognizing your strengths and weaknesses
- Is personable, present, doesn't give up & in this for the 'long run'
- Understand that the needs of the Home Owner is #1
- Wants to potentially make a lot of Money & help our communities.
