Hi All!
We have put an offer in on a 2 home lot with an additional storage loft that can be converted. Our plan is to house hack, full family style! The second home is rented with reliable tenant.
We have a full bath, 2 half baths and a shower that need to be updated or remodeled. Anyone know of a contractor they would recommend that services this area? We could do a lot of it ourselves but the plumbing needs to be moved around a little in one of the bathrooms.
