Private funding for 4-plex
I have a renovated and occupied 4-plex in Arkon OH. I am looking to get out from the hard money loan but the conventional refi loans are mostly gone. Looking for to reach out to the community for help/resources to see if someone is interested in providing private funding as the primary lien holder. It is two, separate duplexes on one lot. Located in up and coming neighborhood, down the street from St. Vincent's school and the Promise Academy. I had a BPO completed, please reach out for details.
