Looking for Private/Hard Money in Mississippi
Hello, I am currently buying and holding properties in Central Mississippi. I am currently seeking private or hard money lender to assist with rehabbing a few properties I already own as well and purchase and rehab future properties. If anyone can assist feel free to connect. Thanks.

I am thinking about purchasing a second home (condo) in Biloxi or the Gulfport Mississippi area if anyone would like to do a private money loan. I am going to put at least 20% down and I have a 750-760+ credit score depending on what credit reporting company you get my report from. It will even go a few points higher in the next month or so when I pay off my only credit card that has debt on it.
I am also looking at a condo in Myrtle Beach,SC and a house that has been totally gutted in Freeport, TX. I live in Austin about 3 1/2 hours away so managing the rehab would not be that big oh a deal for me.
