Private money lenders
Hi everyone, is there anyone out there that would be interested in private money lending? I have 2 properties in Colorado Springs that I am looking to buy. Would need potentially anywhere from 10-20% down. They are both fix and flips and I would be looking to buy hold after renovating. On one property the renovations would last about 6 months and the other possibly 2-3 months. I think these are amazing deals and have a ton of potential. I am also very familiar with flipping houses and construction. I work for builder as a project manager/GC. So I do have knowledge and experience running, managing, projects from the ground up.
