I so conflicted on what NAICS code to use to obtain the most funding in business credit/loans. I keep being told realestate is high risk but I don’t want to falsely list my business. What is the best solution to ensure I’m funded?

I do see that there are high risk NAISC codes. @Shawntinique F., are you doing vacation rentals?  There is an NAISC code for those that I use for my business credit.  721199 is what I use for my STRs.  Real estate agents and developers have been identified as "high risk" but property management is not.  531310 is "lessors of residential buildings and dwellings"
