I’ve been doing buy and hold for 2 years and I’m on my 3rd 2family home. I’ve yet to really network with other likeminded individuals, find partners or mentorship in this lane. I really think it’s holding me back from scaling in this industry and solutions to putting myself out there?

I so conflicted on what NAICS code to use to obtain the most funding in business credit/loans. I keep being told realestate is high risk but I don’t want to falsely list my business. What is the best solution to ensure I’m funded?

Even facebook might have some good local groups for you. But post locally for this. That’s the best bet.
Thank you so much this is a start

I am doing a buy and hold deal looking for funding. The deal is only $30,000 and that’s where my road block is coming in at. Can you recommend any lenders/ funding that I can do?
