I just inherited 200k tax free and MUST use the money for a permanent monthly income as i have been on $600+ a month disability for many years and DONT want to go back to being broke!! Im thinking a safe established business but many people mention RE flipping. If YOU only had 200k To last the rest of your life, what might you invest in?  Thanks!

P.S. I live in a million dollar+ home that i inherited 5 years ago. Paid in full, but i ABSOLUTELY DONT want to borrow and owe monthly payments until i know ill have the income to cover the expense! I currently dont owe anything to anybody, but have a horrible credit score duedue to past health Expenses.

Yikes, sounds like you should downsize as the taxes on a million dollar property exceed your current income!
