Medical coverage for the real estate investor

Hey All, My question is for those who have moved away from the w2 job and have started investing full time. Where do you get your medical coverage if not covered by a significant other? Do you shop the market? Do you start your own business and write off the coverage you want as an expense ? Thanks for any insight, Greg
