Virtual Quickbooks Bookkeeper

Hey BP,

We're looking for a virtual Quickbooks Online bookkeeper or bookkeeping company for 30 units in Bount County, Tennessee. We switched to Quickbooks Online this year, and imported about 10 years from Quickbooks desktop. We're looking for a remote or virtual individual or company that has rental property/landlord experience, is well-managed, high integrity, and is great at communicating with the landlord. We have a great support system in place for the transition. If you have a company you would recommend, or any tips, that would be appreciated.

A bit of background: My mom is the landlord (70 years old), she has an existing employee that is keeping the books up to date, but for various reasons, needs to go. Her kids are have all been landlords, including one who is a ProAdvisor, but we just don't have the time or interest in managing her properties out of state. Again, thanks for any referrals or advice.
