What color do you use for kitchen cabinets?

I thought white but do they get destroyed by tenants?

And when doing BRRR does cabinet color effect ARV? Are you guys sticking with current design trends?

Absolutely. It makes touch up paint or repairs involving paint easier. Just standardize on one color for all your rentals or at least record the color.

I like Revere pewter. It is a very light grey color. I get mine at Sherwin Williams. I have a contractor account there and get about 40%. This brings is down close to the HD or Lowes brand paints.

I use egg shell or satin.
