Last step of BRRRR / equity check

I took a heloc out of personal residence to fund my first duplex renovation. I changed the deed over to my Llc upon refinancing out. The equity check is made out to my name/and Llc. Is it okay to pay back my personal residence heloc with a check written out to my llc

I'm not an accountant or attorney but I can't see why that would be a problem at all.
