Short-Term Rentals in Sacramento

Saulo Tijerino
Posted

Hello, I am interested in purchasing a duplex/multi family in Sacramento to house short term travel nurses or any other seasonal/contractual workers. Has anyone done something similar in the Sacramento area? If so where did you buy? Who have been your primary guest, and overall how has it gone for you?

Hey Saulo,

Yes, there is demand for traveling nurse or medical professional housing. Location is key. Rents are 20%+ higher for furnished mid term rentals than traditional rentals. Stays are anywhere from 1-3 months typically. I own a number of furnished mid term rental properties in Sacramento and am also an investor focused real estate agent. Let me know if you'd like to connect. Best of luck.
