Tenant left stuff on curb?

So I had a tenant move out and our agreement was to clean the house. He did and left stuff on the curb for city to pick up. The city doesn’t do large furniture collection and I have to get someone to haul that away.

Can that cost be taken out of the deposit? Or is it on me since it’s out of the house.

This is for a house in Texas

Thanks

Hi Prashant, you absolutely can and should charge the tenant for this. Good luck & happy investing!
