Indy Property manager recommendation??
I have an international client with properties in zips 46201 and 46221.
He has been ripped off big time by a dishonest turnkey company and I am trying to help him get the properties stabilized. Any advice on Management companies most appreciated.

Check with Marco Santarelli. There's a monster post about turnkey issues involving PM in Indy that went sour, but Marco is trying to remedy it.
