Four months Past due and eviction order

The tenant has not paid the rent for the past four months, totalling $8,000.

I obtained a judgment to evict the tenant, but she appealed in the county court in Pennsylvania last week.

She emailed me today, requesting that I send someone to fix a clogged bathroom.

I'm not sure how to respond to this situation. Please help.

Replied

I don't know how tenant law works in other areas but as far as I know in texas, if you owe rent you don't need to repair anything.
