This is our messages to Appfolio for the last two months, they are awful and holding our fund not to disburse, please see below -

We have been trying to reach your company by chat, phone number and no luck. The reason for this email is that we need to schedule a call with a representative about our direct deposits to our bank account, we keep having the same problem every month. It's a very stressful situation for our team to keep having to contact you guys every month about our money.  We have been customers for more than five years, we would appreciate having better communication when it comes to the property managers having Important issues to solve.

Please resolve this issue ASAP, our tenants have already submitted the rental payment to your Appfolio account $49,987.00(attached report), however it is NOT showing this amount in your account at all, not even mention transfer the fund to our BOA account.  it is already the 6th day of the month, and most of our tenants made the on time rental payment on the 1st.

we am copying our attorney soon and will report to the police department for lost $49,987.00 tenant rental income.

So far we have called your customer services and online chat but nobody is answering. This is the 2ND month the same problem is happening now, we have been with Appfolio for more than 5 years and have about 60 - 80 units collecting rental income through Appfolio and we never had this issue before with the previous Appfolio team.

We don't understand why technology companies like yours who suppose to have live updates would end up having delayed and inaccurate information than our manual check.

Hi Greg,

I have used Appfolio since 2009 and have about 1000 units on there plus Appfolio Plus. The only downside is that it does have a little bit of a learning curve and they have a certain number of units you must have. (not sure what that number is now)-maybe 100? It is an awesome system and does everything for single and multi family management, makes our difficult job so much easier. Happy to chat with you

So far ive been using Rent Redi (with the BP discount) for over 2 years and its been great.

There seems like a new management change a few months ago in 9/2024, then there have been always delaying on disbursement of rental deposit to us as landlords, we have been calling, email or online text messages, but so far no response which is already the 6th of the month, this month we have close to $50K rental income already submitted to Appfolio however just $6000 deposited to our account today.  Not sure why this new management is holding our fund, which always delay last month was one week holding.
