The Non-Renewal Lease Letter is a friendly heads-up to tenants, letting them know their current lease won't continue after its term. It's for tenants who followed the rules, and it should include the lease end date, your non-renewal decision, and details on returning keys or deposits.

On the flip side, the Notice to Quit is a serious legal notice. It tells a tenant they must leave before the lease ends due to lease violations like unpaid rent or property damage. It should clearly state the termination reason, the move-out date, and reference the lease clauses they breached.
