Hi,

Buying a building with two 1 bedroom apts, and one 2 bedroom apt. Advertised on Trulia and Craigslist. Have priced them in accordance to condition and neighborhood (with assistance from our realtor) and have gotten 20 requests to see the 1 bedroom, but NONE for the 2 bedroom...I am baffled. We are asking for first and last month + security, so maybe coming up with $3600 is difficult for 99% of the population??? It has been advertised for close to 2 weeks and I'm getting nervous. Suggestions? Lower the price by $25 or so. I am reluctant to not charge the 3 months. Thank you, thank you!

That seems easy to me - rent the 1BR unit to the best qualified client and rent the 2BR unit to the second-best qualified client. Wouldn't that do it?
