Hi all,
Is anyone an active notes investor (particularly those that completed Paige Panzarello's extended workshop)? I'm not interested in hearing about how wonderful her workshops are (I attended the weekend one, and thoroughly agree), but have folks successfully implemented the training and are now earning a living via notes investing?
Any other tools/education/recommendations would be most welcome. I love this idea of investing but have obviously not felt comfortable spending more on education and/or pulling the trigger on purchasing a note.
Mentors anyone...Bueller, Bueller?
Best,
Amy Coleman

Looking to work the lease option angle of the business and hoping to find an experienced and successful partner to split deals 50/50 and to quasi-mentor me.
Thanks!

Has anyone filed charges against him and/or contacted the state insurance fraud dept.?
Mayer M...may I ask how you confirmed the fraud?
Have worked with this guy for a couple of years and must say had my share of issues with him, but gave him the benefit of the doubt...never again.

Congratulations! I am inspired by your commitment to the very needed entity of affordable housing. I wish developers had more of an incentive to provide housing for the vast majority of people, not the wealthy.

Thanks Kyle...that's what I was anticipating. I actually worked in the industry so have a good idea of what I would implement and what I wouldn't, if I decide to move forward in this space. I appreciate your insights!

Hi all,
Does anyone have any experience w/Gene Guarino's course, or recommendations for books on how to start a residential assisted living business?
Thank you!
