I thought the PMI rules changed, and PMI is now for the life of the loan, if utilizing FHA?? Does anyone know this definitively? Thanks!

Welcome Uche and others-
It sounds as if we are on the same trajectory. Owning 1 triplex in Philly and looking to go full-time this year. Please feel free to reach out and hopefully, we can assist one another.

Hi James...welcome! Feel free to reach out to me. At this juncture, looking for seller-financed multi-families. Are you an investor yourself? Looking forward to speaking with you!

Hi Robin,
I would be interested in speaking with you. Like most people, I am looking for a great area to invest in small multi-families. I am originally from Saginaw, MI, and also lived in Chicago for 20 years. My husband and I now live in S. Jersey, just outside of Philly.
I have been researching areas but can't commit to one. I have heard Grand Rapids is good, also looking at possibly South Bend, IN, Indy, IN, Columbus, OH, etc.
I am hoping to purchase 5 or 6 multis in 2016 (after we sell our primary residence), cash flowing as much as possible :)
Feel free to email me at: [email protected] if you would like to connect.
Thank you!
Amy
Hi guys,
We live in south Jersey and have been doing a bit of research re: DE investing also. We have one multi-unit in S. Philly, but thinking DE might be a good alternative. Could you please reach out to me when a meeting date/time/place has been decided on? Thanks so much and looking forward to meeting everyone!
