New to REI here, joined BP a few months ago and spent the time since then studying everything I can about real estate. At this point, I've nearly exhausted all my reading material and have a few topics of interest right now. My biggest interest at the moment is in landlord-tenant relationships, particularly with multi-family and SFR scenarios. Secondary to that would be the broader topic of rental management.

Has anyone read any good books related to these topics?

I like Brandon Turner's The Book on Rental Property Investing.
