I wanted to ask if anyone knows this lender

1stcenturyfnsllc

Does anyone have any positive reviews over the years?

For a loan of 100k he asks me for 7% in a year and after a year the total repayment of the loan.

how many other lenders are offering 7%. What are others offering for this type of loan? Does this seem to good to be true?

Did you look them up on NMLS Consumer access to make sure they are licensed?

Hello thank you to how much are not appear on nmls
They sent me documents About their LLC registration since 2017

FRAUD full stop.. this is what fake lenders send to folks who have no experience in the private lending world Anyone can start a LLC or register it does not make it a viable company and its what the scammers send to give the illusion of legit lenders.. Anyone asking for up front money and rates that are significantly lower than market is 99% of the time not a real lender and out to scam up front due diligence money out of you.
