Allowing dogs and what types
A tenant I inherited is asking about having a dog. Original lease they signed doesnt have a pet.
My plan is to state so and ask them to sign a lease pet addendum , charge a pet non refundable fee and then a monthly pet fee .
What type of breeds, dogs do you allow in your properties?
can you say no to the dog altogether or would it be discrimination since another tenant upstairs has dogs( he is also a inherited tenant so didnt sign lease with them)
