Snow removal companies
If you self manage and do not live in the building. Is it prudent to ask your snow removal company to send you a photo of the cleared snow for proof?
Or if somebody falls and slides, your proof is that you hired the service?
What do people do to cover their basis? Or even to make sure that they are actually removing the snow and showing up. Other than asking the tenants, i don't want to bother them every time it snows
